• No Purchase Condition: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any festival pass or service.

• Rates & Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Drifted Fest is not responsible for carrier charges incurred.
• Opt-Out Mechanism: You may cancel mobile SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message received from us. Upon receipt, a single confirmation message will be sent, and no further SMS messages will be directed to your number.

CAN-SPAM Act Email Compliance

Drifted Fest complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.). Every electronic mail transmission sent by Drifted Fest will:

• Accurately identify the sender ("Drifted Fest" or "Techno का House").
• Include a clear, truthful subject line reflecting message contents.

• Provide a conspicuous, functioning 1-click Unsubscribe mechanism allowing immediate removal from future promotional email communications. All unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days.

Telemetry, Cookies & Advertising Pixels

driftedfest.com utilizes first-party telemetry and select third-party marketing tags:

• First-Party Telemetry: We use an in-house, same-origin telemetry pipeline (/api/analytics/track) to record aggregate pageviews and button clicks. This data is stored securely in our database and is never shared with data brokers.

Personal contact details collected for presale registration are retained only as long as necessary to administer the festival, fulfill regulatory obligations, and conclude post-event communications, after which records are securely archived or purged in accordance with our retention policy.

All-Ages Admission Policy & Children's Privacy

Drifted Fest is an all-ages electronic music festival. Children and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian under continuous adult supervision throughout the event grounds (with 21+ required for alcoholic beverage service).

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from any individual under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our database.
